IRUS (beggar of Ithaca)
Figure of myth
Irus is a middle-aged beggar with a tall, bulky build and a soft belly. He has weathered olive skin, a broad fleshy face, and short, untidy dark-brown hair with a rough beard. He wears a shabby ash-brown wool chiton and carries a brown earthenware begging bowl.
