Who we are

godsunder.games is run by Christian Marvin, the one-person studio behind Godsunder, in Charleston, South Carolina, USA. "We" on this page means him. Contact: hello@godsunder.games.

The email list

What we keep: your email address, when you signed up and confirmed, the page you signed up from, and the IP address used, so we can stop abuse and show that you asked to join.
Why: to send you news about Godsunder, because you asked us to. You confirm your address before we send anything else.
How long: until you unsubscribe. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days. When you unsubscribe we keep only a record that the address opted out, so we don't email it again, unless you ask us to delete that too.
Who sees it: no one but us. We send the emails from our own mail servers. We don't use a mailing-list company, and we don't sell, rent or share the list.

Browsing the site

No cookies are set when you browse the site. (The private admin area sets one session cookie for the person running the site.)
No analytics or ad trackers of any kind, and no third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
Server logs: like every web server, ours records requests (IP address, page, browser type and time) to keep the site running and secure. Logs are kept for no longer than 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@godsunder.games. If you're in the EU, UK or another place with data protection law, you have these rights under it, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Our legal basis for the email list is your consent, which you can withdraw by unsubscribing.

Children

The site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their email addresses. If you think a child has signed up, tell us and we'll delete it.
