SLINGER (wiry young man with sling)

A wiry young man of average height with lean proportions, strong arms, and bare feet. He has a sharp-featured face in his twenties, olive skin, sunburnt cheeks and nose, dark brown eyes, a short black beard, and short, unruly black hair. He wears a short, sleeveless undyed wool chiton in natural cream, a natural tan plant-fibre rope belt, and a soft, rough brown wool bag for sling bullets at his left hip, carrying a flexible sling of natural cream plaited wool cords with a brown leather pouch.
